Our Process

DEEP CLEANS & MOVE IN/OUT

We're excited to get your place sparkling! Our crew size, cleaning products, and equipment vary based on the size and scope of each job. We kindly ask you to vacate the area so we can work efficiently.

If you stay, please remain in one room while we clean the rest of the place. When we're ready to clean the room you're in, we'll ask you to step out. This process keeps everyone safe and out of each other's way. We invite you to set out clean sheets for us to use when making the beds.

ORGANIZATION

We start by talking with you about your problem areas and what kind of organizer you are. We'll discuss goals regarding your space, budget, and about what type of shelving or containers you like, if needed. There are many options and budget points.

We remove everything from the area and sort it by macro piles. Think shoes, clothes, and paper for a bedroom. Then we go through and donate, toss or relocate items to another space. We add labels where needed and put everything back in an organized, beautiful way. We want to surprise you with the final result!

  • Washer and dryer exterior wiped (extra fee for interior)
  • Doors and walls spot cleaned
  • Trash emptied
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Baseboards wiped (extra fee for scrubbing)

LIVING ROOM

  • Decor dusted
  • Hard surfaces vacuumed and polished
  • Furniture vacuumed
  • Doors and walls spot cleaned
  • Light fixtures and fans dusted (within reach)
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped (if applicable)
  • We only move furniture if safe to do so

We carefully plan our appointment and any last minute cancellations or rescheduling are very disruptive. Because of this, we kindly ask you to cancel within 48 hours if possible. We do realize life and circumstances happen and try to be flexible with our clients.

Yes we are. These documents are available upon request.

For our cleaning services No. Many of our customers provide us with a key, code or other method of access. We will show up,do the scheduled work, lock up, and leave. And we prefer it this way as it is safer and no one is in each other's way so we can do a better job.

For organizing we need you there during the beginning stages and to help sort through keep and toss or donate. After that we have you leave so we can organize and label and surprise you with the finished result.

Yes we do! We will have everything we need to get the job done. We have tried countless products and we have seen what works best. Though we still love trying out new products. But if you have any concerns or allergies to any products please let us know ahead of time so we can come prepared with what works best for all of us.

No. We recommend not buying anything at first. The first step is to sort and see what we actually need containers/shelving for. We love to use storage containers you already own. We will make suggestions to what we think might work best in the space we are organizing. We will be very respectful of your budget. But it's all up to you if you want expensive containers we can do that too, but it's not necessary.

For organizing we charge an hourly rate of $90 for 3 organizing experts. This doesn't include materials like shelving, containers (if needed). For deep cleans we charge by the number of bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and by square footage. Additional fees apply for cleaning inside appliances, scrubbing baseboards and blinds. Additional fees may apply.
